Monday is Valentines Day! Are you prepared? Have you booked your table for two at your favourite restaurant? Its an exciting day for all the lovers out there. Personally I can’t see myself getting a valentine, but I will wake up Monday morning with a skip in my step and bounce off to work thinking that I will get flowers sent to work from a secret admirer, of course I probably won’t, but it would be super cool if I did . I think it would be awesome to have a secret admirer, although at the same time it would also freak me out a little. What would you like your secret admirer to send to you? Not long stemmed red roses, a bit too full on for me. Probably not roses of any kind actually, something colourful I think, with orange in it, maybe orange tulips, I love tulips the best, or orange poppies, yep I also like poppies. Nothing too expensive, just as long as they look nice.

I was up home for a little bit over Christmas, and i checked out a few of the local shops in Bendigo. One shop that I have been meaning to get to for a while is bob boutique. They are an awesome store and sell lots and lots of things that are close to my heart, they stock 48 labels 45 of which are Australian Designed . Its amazing to go there and see how much cool stuff we think of in Australia. Thankfully they have an excellent online store in-case you can’t get to Bendigo anytime soon. But I definitely recommend getting up to Bendigo to have a look, its an excellent place to visit (no bias of course).
You can also find some extra special things that are made especially for bob boutique itself, like this most excellent owe tea cosy, made from 100% pure Bendigo woolen mills wool.

P.S. In store they also feature lots of really cool local artists, that stuff you can’t see online.
I honstely am, I didn’t think it was possible, and i’m sure that if you let me at the shops it wouldn’t be a problem. But for idea 24 my sister came to the rescue, I opened my e-mails today to find these lovely flamingo wall decals!
Yep I’ll have some of these please . Have a look they are from this shop Up On Design, they have quite a few cool ones.
Not sure where I will put them though.
