I have spent the last couple of day’s up in Dinner Plain, such a lovely place to visit at this time of the year, and especially this week when they just had a good dump of snow. Dinner plain is in the Victorian Snowfields 10km from Mt Hotham. What I like most about Dinner Plain is that its not a ski resort as such and therefore doesn’t have the hussle and bussle, but its in the snow and when you want the slopes they are a 10 minute drive up the road.

I have come back with a renewed enthusiasm for snowboarding, and a very sore body, but I did learn how to put chains on!
